Two-way audio allows you to either listen or talk to those near the camera. If you cannot hear sound from your camera's speaker,
- Make sure the microphone button is turned on.
- Make sure the iSmartAlarm app has access to your phone's microphone. On iOS, go to Settings > iSmartAlarm, and make sure the Microphone toggle is turned on.
- Make sure the issue is not due to a defective speaker. During setup, if you do not hear the chime when the Setup button is pressed, there may be a hardware-related issue with your camera. In this case, please contact our in-house support team.
