Unable to view live video for the iCamera (1st Gen) when away from home

In order to view your iCamera (1st Gen) remotely, some routers require port forwarding to be done. Port forwarding is required to allow users to view their iCamera when outside of your home network.

We have a wide variety of guides for different routers, please look for the make and model of yours for directions to set up port forwarding. If you do not see your model, please submit a ticket so we can create one for you.
