- Make sure the battery in the contact sensor is not low or dead. Take out the batteries and check how many times the light flashes after you re-insert them. If the light continues to flash every 1.5 seconds, then the batteries need to be replaced.
- Make sure the door chime feature is turned on. Tap Devices > tap the CubeOne or the Satellite Siren that isn't chiming > Settings.
- If the Contact Sensor is installed on a metal door, or near metal, try removing the sensor from that part of the door and see if you can get it to work properly once removed. If it is working properly once removed, then it will need to be relocated from where it was installed.
