It seems like your camera's firmware isn't updated and is still on an older version.
To update the firmware:
- Launch the iSmartAlarm App while on the same network as the camera.
- From the Control page, click the Edit button in the upper right.
- Select Update
If you get the message, "Unable to Update Now," please unplug the power from your camera and your modem and router from their power for at least 10-15 seconds. Once this time has passed, plug your modem/router back in and let it boot up.
Once the modem and router have rebooted, plug the camera back in and let it reboot. Check to make sure your phone is on the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and then go into the app and try once again to update the camera.
